Refund policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns are not accepted as we do not have warehouse.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the products at support@peripage.co.

 

REFUND FOR ORDER PLACED IN THE LAST 24H

If you have ordered in the last 24 h, you are eligible for a full refund. Just contact us at support@peripage.co and let us know that you want to cancel your order. Our customer service will then cancel it and you will be fully refunded.

  

REFUND IF THE ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SENT

If the order has already been dispatched, we do not refund at that stage.

 

REFUND IF THE PRODUCT IS BROKEN OR DAMAGED

Please provide us with pictures and videos of the damaged items with https://wetransfer.com to support@peripage.co. Upon the proof of the damaged item, we can ship out a replacement.

 

REFUND IF PRODUCT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND IS NOT BROKEN

If you do not like the product you have ordered or, if for any reason you want to cancel after receiving your purchase, please contact us to support@peripage.co to explain us why. The price of goods are used to pay the labor, time & ressources to produce and advertise the products and then provide customers with an efficient after sale service, so we do not refund entire orders when the product is not damaged.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

pocketprint.co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry to support@peripage.co, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. To protect ourselves from fraud, we may ask you to fill a Declaration on the Honour of Non Reception. A false declaration can lead to penal proceedings.
